Abs of Steel- No Crunches Necessary!

Happy Wednesday to you! Where has this week (ok, month!) gone?! It’s half way through September and only a few days away from my birthday (I share this only because I will be entering my late twenties….). As strange as it may sound, I don’t feel a day over 19! I even told someone the other day that I was 19!! Then I was like, wait a second, no I’m 26. O man….I am getting old.

Anyways, I am guest blogging over at Selena’s place this morning talking about Ab exercises! Woo hoo! So, you should have on over to 1 Mom’s Mission!
