Are You Spinning Your Wheels?

Have you ever gotten a car stuck in the mud or snow? It’s quite the experience. Tim and I were driving home from Eagle Crest in the snow when our car slid right up to the edge of an embankment with a steep drop off. Tim got out and pushed the car and the wheels just kept spinning and spinning. We were going nowhere. Slightly panicked and a little fatigued, we continued our quest for release from the deep snow. Then, a stranger came around the corner and kindly helped us push the car back onto the road!

Do you ever feel like your spinning your wheels with diet and exercise? Do you feel like you are stuck and feeling worn out and frustrated (not to mention hungry!)? Let me be the stranger that comes to help push you out! 80% of your results are going to come from making good food choices. Food is fuel and your body needs a very specific kind. Everyone has different blood types, metabolic types, body types….you name it! Therefor, a one size fits all approach will leave you spinning and stuck.

If you want to see real changes and real results that will last it has to be a process. You can’t simply cut carbs for a week, eat only vegetables or inject HCG to “trick” your body. Have you ever tried to deprive yourself of food? It’s awful!! you feel tired, moody, depressed, lethargic and you crave everything!! Fad diets do not work!! You need a specialized, specific plan. Even eating “healthy” could be derailing your hard efforts.

That is my passion- helping you learn what to eat for your body type to get results that make working out in the gym fun again because exercise becomes icing on the cake! Call or email me for a complimentary 30 minute evaluation of your needs and goals and let’s go from there! Visit my blog page at for more information on getting started!
