Blood Type Diet

So, I have heard of this before and never really paid any attention to it. My acupuncturist told me a lot about this, but I kinda just blew it off. However, today I stumbled upon it and am now pumped to realize why I am the way I am (with food anyways!)

Tim and I are both type O’s so that makes this a lot of fun! This is from the Blood Type Diet where you eat, you guessed it, according to your specific blood type.

It makes soo much sense!! This week I started eliminating carbs, fruit, sugar and dairy from my diet and I feel awesome! Now I know there’s some proof in the pudding! I totally recommend looking up your blood type diet list! Just google it with your blood type in there.

Tim says I am a food nerd, but maybe this will help one of you!
