Sorry for the belated EOTW this week! I was just too excited about passing my test! I was also working on my website for Healthy Foods, which could definitely use some TLC, lol!
So, here is your exercise of the week!
The Seated Row
A seated row machine
Muscles Used: Traps, Lats (back muscles!!)
Select your amount of weight (start with about 40 pounds and adjust from there) and grab onto the row handle. With feet on black foot pedals, sit back so that your back is nice and straight with your knees bent. Keeping your back still and straight, draw in your abs and pull your elbows back until the handle reaches your tummy. Hold for a second and slowly release your arms until they are back in the starting position. Repeat for 3 sets of 12 reps.
