Anti-Inflamatory Experiment

Happy Monday everyone! I trust you all had a restful weekend cheering for your fave team on Sunday :0) After a weekend of feasting on carbohydrates (mainly to recover from a massively intense six hour hike Friday), I am feeling less than wonderful. Have you ever noticed that when Monday rolls around, so does your tummy? Mine sure does, and that is what brings me to today’s post.

In an effort to continue fueling my body with good foods, I am going to embark on a two week journey. This journey includes eliminating all flour, refined sugars, saturated fats and dairy products from my diet.

In addition to this, I am committing to two bikam yoga classes each week to aid in the removal of nasty toxins in my body. Don’t worry, I ‘m not heading to the dark side, just experimenting to find what works best for my body and then sharing that with you in hopes that maybe it will benefit you as well.

Here is a great link to a website with lot’s of info on this particular diet. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to join me on this particular quest for health and wellness!!

Yours  in tummy happiness,
